Overview
Lancashire FA is seeking a passionate, organised and proactive Football Facilities Activator to join the Facilities and Investment Team. The role supports the delivery of grassroots football facilities across Lancashire, helping communities access sustainable, high-quality facilities by working with clubs, leagues, schools, local authorities, The FA and other partners.
Responsibilities- Provide project and administrative support across facility programmes in line with Lancashire FA's Facilities and Investment Strategy and The FA National Game Strategy.
- Assist with funding applications and maintain key data and project trackers.
- Support grant programmes, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and administer the FA 3G Register.
- Identify funding opportunities and help deliver Local Football Facilities Plans across Lancashire.
- Support projects from inception through to delivery, interpreting and presenting data and building positive relationships with partners.
- Work with the wider team to ensure timely delivery of facilities projects and provide excellent customer service.
- Enthusiastic, highly organised individual with excellent administrative, communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, interpret data, and present information clearly.
- Experience with in football, sport, community development or a similar environment is advantageous.
- Passion for creating positive community impact through better football facilities.

Football Facilities Activator — Permanent, full-time (35 hours per week). - Location:
Lancashire FA headquarters, Leyland, PR25 2LF
with hybrid working options and regular travel across Lancashire. - Salary: £23,500 per annum.
- Occasional evening and weekend work required.
