Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Clinic Clerk to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and office experience, with a commitment to supporting efficient clinic operations. As a Clinic Clerk, you will be responsible for managing patient records, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and healthcare providers. Duties
* Greet patients and visitors professionally, providing excellent customer service at all times.
* Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using clinic management systems.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with data protection regulations.
* Answer phone calls promptly, directing inquiries to appropriate staff members and providing information as needed.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry to support clinic operations.
* Coordinate communication between patients, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure timely care delivery.
* Ensure the clinic environment remains organised, clean, and welcoming for all visitors. Experience
* Prior office or administrative experience is essential for success in this role.
* Experience working within a healthcare setting or medical environment
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
