HSEQ Administrator

Due to continued business growth, our client is looking for an experienced HSEQ Administrator to join their team, based in Lancaster on a full time, permanent basis.

As a HSEQ Administrator you will support HSEQ duties such as internal communications, document generation and general office administration.

• Previous experience in a similar position (ideally 2+ years).
• IOSH or similar qualification.
• Familiarity with ISO
  9001:2015, ISO
  14001 and ISO
  45001.
• Internal auditing qualification or similar qualification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team player, with the ability to work on own initiative.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills.

• Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office Programmes.
• Experience in working with management systems.
• Experience in auditing and inspections with management systems.
• Formal HSE qualification or working towards NEBOSH.

• Support office duties and administration as directed.
• Assist with the maintenance and planning of the IMS.
• Assist with ERP administration were applicable.
• Triaging and monitoring problems and improvements (non-conformances, complaints, operational issues etc) and their associated actions.
• Conduct internal 1st party audits.
• Liaison with Projects, HR and Operations as directed.
