Lancaster University is delivering a major Curriculum Transformation Programme to reshape how education is designed, delivered and managed across the institution. This is a fixed term contract with an end date of 31st October 2026.

We are seeking a strategic, detail‑orientated, confident and driven Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in the IT workstream of this transformative initiative. This high‑profile role involves working across academic and professional services to analyse complex processes, gather requirements, and help shape future‑focused digital solutions.

You will need to be adaptive, deadline‑driven, and comfortable challenging existing practices to deliver meaningful change in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.

The role is primarily based on the Lancaster University Bailrigg campus, with flexible hybrid working options to support a positive work‑life balance. We would expect a minimum of 2 days a week in the office.
