Chief Commercial Officer @ Greydoor Publishing | Luxury Media for Hotels, Jewelers, Real Estate & Private Aviation

About Us

At Greydoor Publishing, we produce elegant, advertiser-funded print and digital magazines for luxury hotels, real estate brokerages, private aviation, and lifestyle brands across North America and the Caribbean. Our publications are designed to elevate the guest experience while delivering meaningful exposure for premium advertisers.

Our work sits at the intersection of luxury, design, and storytelling, and we partner with some of the world’s most respected brands. You can explore our portfolio at .

The Role

We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to act as the primary point of contact for our luxury media partners - the brands for whom we produce bespoke magazines.

This is a client‑facing, relationship‑led role. You will own partner communication end to end, managing expectations, coordinating content, and ensuring each publication is delivered smoothly, on time, and to the standards expected of global luxury brands.

You’ll work closely with our production, design, and commercial teams, acting as the bridge between partners, internal teams, and timelines.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as the day‑to‑day relationship owner for assigned luxury media partners
  • Managing partner communication across email, phone, and Zoom
, with a polished and confident approach
  • Guiding partners through the magazine production process, from onboarding through to print delivery
  • Requesting, organising, and reviewing editorial content, imagery, and brand assets
  • Ensuring submitted materials meet agreed quality standards and brand guidelines
  • Keeping partners informed on production milestones, timelines, and next steps
  • Proactively managing follow‑ups and check‑ins to keep projects moving smoothly
  • Working closely with internal production and design teams to ensure alignment
  • Maintaining accurate records within our CRM and internal systems
  • Occasionally coordinating the delivery of sample magazines or small export shipments
  • Building long‑term relationships that encourage renewal and repeat collaboration

What We’re Looking For

  • A polished, client‑focused communicator with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
  • Experience and strong interest in account management, partnerships, or client services
  • A calm, organized approach with the ability to manage multiple partners and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across email, calls, and video meetings
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering a premium client experience
  • An interest in luxury, global brands, media, hospitality, or real estate
  • Comfort working with international clients and time zones

Previous experience in publishing is not essential – we value professionalism, reliability, and relationship skills above all.

  • Office‑based role in Blackpool, England
  • Salary: Starting from £26,000 per annum
    , depending on experience
  • Core working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (UK)
  • As our partners are based in North America and the Caribbean
, flexibility is required to accommodate occasional early evening calls (7–8 pm UK time)
  • This flexibility supports our international client base and is not an everyday requirement

This role offers clear progression within the partnerships team. As relationships deepen, you’ll have opportunities to take on larger, more strategic accounts and play a growing role in high‑profile international projects. Occasional overseas travel opportunities may arise in the future but is not a core expectation of the role.

How to Apply

If you enjoy building trusted client relationships and working with premium global brands, we’d love to hear from you.

Please send your CV (and a short note explaining why you’d be a great fit for a client‑facing partnerships role) to us. We review applications promptly and will be in touch quickly if there’s a strong match.
