Salary: £48,822 to £56,535 full time, fixed term

Lancaster University is delivering a major Curriculum Transformation Programme to reshape how education is designed, delivered and managed across the institution. Two roles will be fixed term contracts with an end date of 31st October 2026.

• Act as a strategic, detail-oriented, confident and driven Senior Business Analyst within the IT workstream of a transformative initiative.
• Analyse complex processes across academic and professional services to gather requirements.
• Help shape future-focused digital solutions that support the Programme’s objectives.
• Challenge existing practices to deliver meaningful change in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Work collaboratively across various stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.

The role is primarily based on the Lancaster University Bailrigg campus, with flexible hybrid working options to support a positive work-life balance. Expect at least 2 days a week in the office.
