The CompanyOur client is a rapidly growing organisation operating within the automotive and insurance services sector.
Over the past 12 months, the business has secured a number of significant commercial partnerships, expanded its market presence, and strengthened its position as a trusted provider within the industry. Continued growth has created the need for an additional Business Relationship Manager to help support existing partnerships whilst identifying new opportunities for expansion.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a visible role in the next phase of growth, working directly with senior leadership and key industry stakeholders.
The RoleAs Business Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic relationships across the motor insurance, accident management and automotive services landscape.
The position combines account development, business development and stakeholder management, making it ideal for an individual who enjoys building trusted partnerships whilst identifying opportunities to generate commercial growth.
Key responsibilities- Managing and growing a portfolio of established commercial partners.
- Building relationships with senior decision‑makers across insurance, claims and automotive sectors.
- Creating and delivering compelling commercial proposals and presentations.
- Working closely with operational teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of new partnerships.
- Monitoring market developments, competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Representing the business at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities.
- Collaborating with finance, compliance and operational stakeholders to support commercial agreements and partnership delivery.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to partners, ensuring long‑term engagement and retention.
We are keen to speak with ambitious commercial professionals who have experience building successful relationships within the motor, insurance or claims sectors.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Experience in Business Development, Account Management, Relationship Management or Partnership Management.
- Strong knowledge of the motor insurance, claims, accident management or credit hire markets.
- A proven track record of delivering commercial growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Exceptional relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and communication capabilities.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- A proactive and self‑motivated approach with a genuine desire to contribute to a growing business.
