We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Support Officer to join our friendly and supportive East Pupil Access Team
. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the vital work of Lancashire County Council’s Education and Children’s Services

Contract: Permanent, full‑time (5 days per week)
The Role

- Knowledge & experience – You’ll ideally have administrative experience and confidence using Microsoft Office and databases. Strong organisational skills will help you manage a varied workload effectively.
- Great communication skills – You’ll work with managers, families, colleagues, and partners every day—so clear, professional communication and the ability to listen and understand others is key.
