• Accurately and efficiently estimating vehicle repairs to ensure customer satisfaction, as part of your role as ATA Estimator / Assistant Manager
• Assisting in the management of daily workshop operations
• Coordinating with customers and insurance companies to facilitate smooth claim processing
• Overseeing repair progress and conducting quality control to uphold high standards
• Delivering excellent customer service and technical support
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards

• Proven experience as an estimator or assistant manager within the automotive body repair sector
• ATA qualification in vehicle body repair or equivalent recognised certification
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Knowledge of estimating systems and paintless dent repair techniques
  
  Ability to work effectively under pressure and lead a team
• Full UK driving licence
