Overview
Apex Resources Limited are on the lookout for an estimator on a permanent contract in Nelson, BB9.
Responsibilities- Determining the total cost of subcontractor, materials, equipment, utilities, and labour for construction projects.
- Engage with the supply chain to ensure costs are robust and solutions are buildable.
- Collaborate with other teams, conduct site visits, and provide other services, like bid deliveries, when required.
- Develop client and consultant relations and develop solid working relationships.

ASAP - Contract/Salary Rate:
Negotiable DOE
- Minimum 5 years experience doing estimating.
- Checkable references and up-to-date qualifications.
