Buildforce Solutions Ltd is looking for an experienced Site Manager for an £8m industrial refurbishment project in Wigan, starting mid June 2026. The role requires managing site activities and subcontractors throughout the 40-week project duration.
The ideal candidate will have strong subcontractor management experience and relevant certifications (SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid). This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-run project and an experienced management team.
