Are you an Electrical Contracts Manager looking to lead the successful delivery of large-scale MEP projects, where you will manage procurement, oversee project teams and work closely with clients and contractors from start to finish, while benefiting from ongoing training, career development and a company bonus structure?
This building services company has seen continued success and rapid growth since its establishment in 1963. Specialising in complex MEP engineering projects across the Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Life Sciences, Heritage, Hospitality and Residential sectors, the business employs over 400 direct staff and subcontractors across offices in Northern Ireland and Ireland, generating a turnover of GBP
20 million. Having built a strong reputation delivering high‑profile projects throughout the UK and Ireland, they are now continuing their expansion across the UK.
In this role, you will take ownership of Electrical contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards. You will manage procurement of plant, materials and subcontractor packages, oversee project teams and labour resources, monitor contract performance and act as the key link between clients, contractors and internal teams. Working on complex MEP projects across commercial, healthcare, life science and residential sectors, you will play a vital role in ensuring successful project delivery and maintaining strong client relationships.
The Role- Take ownership of Electrical contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
- Manage procurement of plant, materials, and subcontractor packages across complex MEP projects.
- Oversee project teams, labour resources, and subcontractor coordination throughout project delivery.
- Monitor contract performance, manage client relationships, and act as the key link between clients, contractors and internal teams.
- Electrical Contracts Manager from MEP / Building Services background.
- Strong understanding of procurement, subcontractor management, and project delivery.
- Commutable to Manchester and willing to travel to sites.
