Overview
Location:
Blackpool, Lancashire. Reporting To:
Site Manager / Project Manager. An experienced Working Foreman is required to support the delivery of infrastructure works in Blackpool. The role involves supervising site operatives and subcontractors while maintaining a hands-on approach to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate labour, plant, and materials.
- Maintain health and safety standards on site.
- Monitor progress and liaise with the Site Manager and project team to ensure the programme is achieved.
- Maintain site records and promote high standards of workmanship and housekeeping.
- Previous experience within civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
- Valid CSCS card.
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
- First Aid at Work certification.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
