We are currently seeking an experienced Internals Site Manager to manage all aspects of the internal works on a new build shed project in Rochdale. Experience working for a main contractor on internal works including CAT A and B fit out works essential.

• Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site.
• Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Managing snagging lists and quality control.
• Ensuring health and safety standards are met at all times.
• Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management.
• Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completion.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid certificates.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
