Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for refurbishment and fit-out projects in Blackpool. You will take ownership of the commercial delivery from pre-construction through final account while working closely with clients, subcontractors and site teams.
This role offers a high level of autonomy to manage your own diary between office and site, with a salary of £50,000–£55,000, a car allowance and a company bonus after one year's service.
