Buyer / Senior Buyer
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist contractor for an experienced Buyer to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous buying or procurement experience within the construction industry to join a successful business delivering high-quality projects across the commercial, hospitality, retail and leisure sectors.
The Role- Procure construction materials and specialist products.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Negotiate prices and manage purchase orders.
- Work closely with commercial and project teams.
- Ensure materials are delivered on time and within budget.
- Previous experience as a Buyer within the construction industry is essential.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Commercially aware with excellent organisational skills.
- Experience with in joinery, interiors or fit-out would be advantageous.
