Site Manager - Water

AWC Staff Services are looking for experienced Water Site Managers for permanent roles for one of our major clients.

You'll drive day-to-day activities on our mains renewal schemes as part of our Operations Team. Based mainly north of Preston, you’ll also cover other sites when needed. Leading site teams, you’ll report to the Project Manager, set clear daily and weekly targets, co-ordinate resources, and ensure delivery to the highest standards.

You’ll support SHEQ, conduct toolbox talks, manage quality, liaise with clients and highways, and deliver schemes such as open cut, slip lining, pipe bursting, and directional drilling, always ensuring water quality regulations are met.

What you’ll bring

* Do you have water industry knowledge and experience?

* Do you hold water SHEA or CSCS card, plus NRSWA Supervisor qualifications?

* You’ll require SSSTS (or equivalent) and a full UK driving licence.

* Experience managing subcontractors and direct teams.

* Strong understanding of CDM, site decision-making, and ensuring team compliance.
