We're working with a well-established consultancy that has secured a steady pipeline of commercial, industrial and public sector projects across the UK and is looking to expand its network of reliable freelance surveyors.

Whether you're available immediately or planning your next assignment, we'd like to hear from you.

• Carrying out Management, Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) Asbestos Surveys.
• Conducting site inspections in accordance with HSG
  264 and current industry standards.
• Collecting samples and accurately recording survey findings.
• Working independently while maintaining excellent communication with the project team.
• Delivering surveys safely, professionally and to agreed deadlines.

• Proven experience carrying out asbestos surveys across commercial, industrial and residential environments.
• Strong knowledge of HSG
  264 and current asbestos legislation.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance (preferred where applicable).
• Your own surveying equipment is advantageous.
