This is an excellent opportunity to join a well:established and forward:thinking environmental consultancy who deliver high:quality asbestos services across domestic and commercial projects. They are looking for a motivated Asbestos Surveyor to join their expanding team in their Manchester office.

• Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys across a range of property types
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with HSG
  264 and UKAS guidelines
• Collect bulk samples and accurately record site findings
• Produce clear and detailed survey reports
• Maintain strong health and safety standards on site
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

• BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent)
• Proven experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor within the UK
• Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and HSE guidance
• Good IT skills and experience producing reports
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence
