Assistant Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a leading new build housing development of a 300-plot residential development in Preston.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager with a strong background in new build housing, specifically timber frame to secure a 2-month contract with an established house builder.

The Role

As Assistant Site Manager, you will support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the development, helping to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

Essential Requirements

Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within new build housing
Strong timber frame experience is essential
Experience working on large-scale residential developments
Valid SSSTS or SMSTS
Valid CSCS
Valid First Aid
Good knowledge of health & safety, quality and programme management
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work effectively alongside the Site Manager and wider site team

It is crucial that you have prior experience working on large scale new build housing developments in the past.
