We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Client Service Associate to support clients within the travel industry
. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy assisting others, communicating clearly, and providing quality service throughout the travel planning process.
As a Client Service Associate, you will help respond to client inquiries, assist with travel-related requests, and support a positive customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:Respond to client inquiries via phone andemail
Assist clients with travel questions, reservations, and general support
- Provide accurate information regarding destinations, policies, and procedures
Maintain professional and courteous communication
Follow company service standards and guidelines
Document client interactions as required
Qualifications:Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service experience preferred but not required
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable using computers and online systems
Detail-oriented with a client-first mindset
Interest in the travel industry is a plus
