Position: Campus Facilities Receptionist & Helpdesk (Part-Time)

Lancaster University is looking for a part-time Facilities Reception / Telephone Operator located in Bailrigg, Lancaster. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a customer-focused service while handling queries via email, phone, and in person.

The role requires excellent customer service skills, high levels of initiative, and attention to detail. The position is based on campus, with a schedule of 4 hours per day, 5 days a week. Join us in promoting diversity and equality of opportunity in a welcoming environment.
