Salary: £24,685 (Part-Time/Indefinite)
Schedule: 4 hours per day, 5 days per week (Campus based)

Job DescriptionYou will be the first point of contact to all visitors to University House, Security Reception and the Facilities Helpdesk. You will provide a customer-focused service and respond proactively to queries via email, telephone and face to face.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for visitors to University House, Security Reception and the Facilities Helpdesk.
- Provide customer-focused service via email, telephone and in person.
- Respond proactively to queries.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- High levels of initiative and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task effectively.
