Job OverviewThe Admissions team supports those who wish to study at the University, responding to enquiries and supporting applicants through the process from application to registration. We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as an Enquiries and Admissions Co-ordinator, providing support for the admissions service.
Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries from prospective students, agents and advisors via email and telephone
- Support the admissions process and work with enquirers, applicants and colleagues across the University to deliver excellent customer‑focused support
- Produce accurate work to deadlines, maintain attention to detail and demonstrate strong IT, communication and customer‑service skills
- Facilitate the application process, maintain data upkeep and assist the team in providing an outstanding experience to applicants
