Permanent full-time office-based position (Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm)

Salary: up to £26,836.80 per annum plus bonus and benefits.

This is a customer-focused position where you will play a key role in delivering a smooth, professional and positive repair experience for customers.

• Being the main point of contact for customers throughout their repair journey
• Providing regular updates on repair progress
• Booking vehicles in for repair
• Arranging vehicle collections and deliveries
• Working closely with site colleagues to ensure high standards of service are maintained
• Taking any excess payments
• Meeting and greeting customers with a friendly approach
• Updating customers on the progress of their vehicles

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Organised, adaptable, and proactive

• Flexible, reliable, and willing to get stuck in
• Enjoy building rapport with customers and colleagues
• Experience in customer service, call centre, or automotive environments is beneficial but not essential
