They are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their team in Manchester.

• Lead a range of projects from inception through to completion
• Produce technical information for tender packages
• Ensure project compliance with UK building regulations and industry standards
• Produce design information across RIBA stages 3 through to 5
• Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure successful project delivery

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• Strong post‑qualification experience as a technologist within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
• Job‑running experience
• Experience managing projects across various sectors through to completion
• Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Strong technical detailing skills
• Ability to produce working drawing packages
• Previous experience detailing complex buildings
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
