Remuneration: £30,000 – £40,000 + Discretionary Bonus

• Work on multiple racking, mezzanine floors and office fit-out projects for the industrial & commercial market sector
• Use AutoCAD to produce detailed technical drawings from client brief and project specifications
• Work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to develop practical and commercially viable design solutions
• Work on projects from initial concept through to manufacture, ensuring designs meet customer requirements and production capabilities
• Liaise with production and operational teams to resolve technical queries and ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Maintain accurate project documentation, drawings and specifications whilst providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle
• Review and revise drawings in line with client feedback, site surveys and design changes to ensure projects are delivered accurately and efficiently

• Design experience within the construction industry
• Experience with office fit-out, mezzanines or racking & shelving or closely related
• AutoCAD experience (highly advantageous)
• Open to a more Junior candidate
• Degree or relevant construction qualification (ideally)
• Confident, resilient and articulate
• Strong organisation skills and high attention to detail
• Technical understanding and ability to interpret drawings
