Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant Positions for Graduates and Aspiring PGCE Students.

Full‑time roles starting now and in September for the full academic year. Aspire People are currently recruiting graduates considering a career in primary education or teaching, with positions starting ASAP.

Working alongside experienced TAs and teachers to help your development. The role will secure full‑time employment as a teaching assistant following the completion of your degree and provides a clear pathway onto a potential school‑based initial teacher training programme or PGCE experience.

The ideal graduate teaching assistant will carry out small‑group interventions focusing on maths, reading, writing, speaking, one‑to‑one support with SEN and lower‑ability students, and general class support. Previous school or child‑based experience is beneficial but not essential.

• Graduates in Maths, English, Psychology, Education Studies, Science, Arts, etc.
• Aspiring teachers
• Experience in small‑group literacy, numeracy and phonics work
• Supported and trained by head teachers and senior leadership teams
