Eden Brown are seeking an enthusiastic Sport Lecturer for Further Education College in Lancashire

This is a part time (15.5 hours) temporary role to start 21st January until the end of March initially.

Hours are:
- Monday - 9:00am - 4:00pm
- Tuesday - 9:00am - 2:30pm
- Thursday - 9:00am - 10:30am & 2:00pm - 5:00pm

Modules to include:
- Anatomy & Physiology
- Sports Massage
- Sport & Exercise Science

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a passion for sport education to support learners on vocational sport programmes within a dynamic FE environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons across BTEC Sport programmes
- Support learners to achieve their academic and practical potential
- Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessment materials in line with awarding body requirements
- Track and report on learner progress, providing constructive feedback
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

Essential Requirements:

- Experience of planning, delivering, and assessing BTEC Sport qualifications
- Strong subject knowledge within sport and physical education
- Experience teaching within a Further Education or similar setting
- Relevant teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one
- A learner-focused approach with strong communication skills

Desirable:
- Specialism in Anatomy and Physiology
- Experience supporting or teaching learners involved in elite or academy-level football pathways, such as sports scholars or performance programmes
