Cover Supervisor (Temporary – Until Summer 2026)

We are seeking a reliable, proactive and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our dedicated team and support teaching and learning across the school.

As Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absence. Your responsibilities will include supervising classes, delivering pre‑prepared work, managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students remain engaged and safe.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain continuity of learning during teacher absence.
  • Supervise classes and deliver pre‑prepared work.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.
  • Keep students engaged, safe and supported at all times.
Salary & Working Hours

Actual Salary: £22,072 – £23,146

Working Hours: 37 hours a week, term time only (38 weeks per year)
