1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant role Full:time, Monday to Friday, term:time Immediate start available Based in Wigan

• Providing personalised, one:to:one support for children with a range of SEN including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
• Supporting pupils with communication, behaviour, and social skills development
• Assisting with the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and EHCP targets
• Collaborating closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to meet each child’s needs

• Experience working 1:1 with children with SEN (preferred but not essential)
• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 TA or SEN experience) beneficial but not essential
