We are currently working with a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Preston who are seeking a dedicated PPA Teacher to join their team from Easter. This is a long-term opportunity running until the end of the academic year, with a strong possibility of permanency for the right candidate.
This role is ideal for a confident and adaptable teacher who enjoys delivering engaging lessons across different year groups while maintaining consistency and high standards of learning.
The Role:
Deliver high-quality PPA cover across the school
Teach pre-planned lessons, ensuring continuity and progression
Maintain positive behaviour management and strong classroom routines
Work collaboratively with class teachers and senior leadership
Adapt teaching styles to suit a range of ages and abilities
The Ideal Candidate :
Holds QTS (or equivalent UK-recognised teaching qualification)
Has experience teaching across the primary age range
Is confident, organised, and flexible in approach
Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
Is available from Easter, either full-time or 4 days per week

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
