• Early Years Specialism
• Forest School qualification

• Evidence of an in-depth knowledge of delivering effective teaching and learning in the EYFS.
• To have a working and current knowledge and understanding of how individual children's needs can be met through high quality EYFS provision.
• Experience of effectively analysing school data and using to support effective provision delivery.

• Experience of using relational attachment aware approaches to behaviour that are inclusive for all.
• Experience of guiding, mentoring, or training individuals or teams.
• Experience of delivering Forest School provision.
