Our locally based consultants have a strong understanding of the community and the individual needs of each school, allowing us to match you with roles that suit your experience, skill set and travel preferences.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to support secondary schools across Bolton.
About the RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting teachers and helping pupils to achieve their full potential. You may work with small groups, provide one-to-one support or assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects.
You will help create a positive and inclusive learning environment, support pupils with varying abilities and contribute to maintaining high standards of behaviour and engagement in the classroom. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education and making a meaningful difference in young people s lives.
What We re Looking For- Experience working with secondary-aged pupils in a school, college, or youth setting (desirable but not essential)
