We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work alongside teachers in delivering high‑quality education to pupils with a range of learning and behavioural needs. LSAs are vital in supporting classroom learning, promoting positive behaviour, and helping pupils access a broad and balanced curriculum.

• Support pupils in small groups and 1:1 to help them engage and succeed in lessons
• Assist teachers across a range of subjects and classroom activities
• Prepare engaging resources and displays to enhance learning
• Promote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and self‑esteem
• Supervise and support pupils during breaks, lunchtimes, and transitions
• Maintain a purposeful, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment
• Attend training and staff meetings to share ideas and develop your skills

Essential:

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C / 4 or above)
• Basic IT skills and confidence with digital tools
• High expectations of pupil behaviour and achievement
• Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable:

• Experience in education, care, or support work
• Qualifications in Childcare, Education, or Social Care
• Experience supporting pupils with Autism or SEMH
