Are you passionate about helping children reach their full potential? As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting children with diverse needs, inspiring them to develop skills for life and fostering confidence in their abilities.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with daily educational activities and supporting individual learning plans
* Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment
* Support children with a range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder and complex conditions
* Help implement tailored programmes to enhance learning, development, and wellbeing
* Collaborate with the dedicated team to promote positive outcomes for each pupil
Requirements:
Essential:
* Passion for working with children and young people
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A caring and patient approach to support diverse needs
* Valid driving license (preferred) for travel purposes
Desirable:
* No specific qualifications are required, but relevant experience or qualifications such as NVQ Level 3/5 in Childcare or Education would be advantageous
