Salary: Ranging from £28,000 - £40,000 per annum.
Location: We are recruiting in several FE locations across the North.
Job Type: Temporary and Permanent positions available.
Working Hours: Part-time and Full-time positions available.

As an experienced Lecturer in Business and Economics, you'll deliver high-impact, curriculum-aligned teaching that challenges and inspires learners. Day-to-Dayof the role:
- Design and deliver engaging lessons across a range of business modules, using innovative approaches to support learner success.
- Provide academic support and feedback both in‑person and online, contributing to assessment, progress tracking, and quality assurance.
- Engage in curriculum development and scholarship, continuously improving course content and staying current with industry and educational trends.
- A Master’s degree in a relevant business‑related field
- Experience teaching in Higher Education, with strong digital teaching capability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HE quality assurance and validation processes
- A flexible, student‑focused approach and commitment to continuous improvement
