The Role
- Teaching responsibilities across KS1 and KS2 (year group to be confirmed based on experience and school need)
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Assessing, monitoring and tracking pupil progress
- Differentiating learning to support a range of abilities
- Creating a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents and support staff
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience teaching within KS1 and/or KS2
- Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Is adaptable, proactive and committed to raising attainment
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Is enthusiastic and dedicated to supporting pupil development
