The Role – Graduate Teaching AssistantAs a Graduate Teaching Assistant
, you will support students across a range of subjects, with a particular focus on core areas such as Maths, English, and Science
. You will work closely with teachers to deliver targeted academic support through in‑class assistance, small‑group interventions, and 1:1 mentoring

Your role will involve helping pupils understand key concepts, reinforcing learning, and supporting students who require additional guidance to stay on track academically. You will also play a key role in building students' confidence and engagement in lessons.
