Salary:
Paid to Scale (£155.00 to £250.00+ per day / MPS1 - UPS3 equivalent) - Paid to scale from Day 1

- Pathway 1:
Mainstream Secondary Schools (All Subject Specialisms)- Deliver high‑quality, engaging lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (KS5 options available).
- Support students through GCSE preparation and build strong subject engagement.
- Ideal for teachers who love tracking academic progress and driving departmental success.
- Urgent subject needs:
Science (all disciplines), Mathematics, English, Humanities, and MFL.
- Pathway 2:
Alternative Provision & SEMH Settings- Teach small, focused groups of young people (aged 11-16) who are outside of mainstream education.
- Utilise trauma-informed teaching methods to re-engage students with complex Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
- Focus heavily on building relationships, core life skills, and functional skills/GCSE delivery.
- Ideal for teachers looking to step away from rigid tracking metrics and move into a holistic, rewarding environment.
- Fair Pay:
Paid to scale from Day 1 (aligned with the Teachers' Pay Scales, MPS/UPS). - Guaranteed Continuity:

- Qualifications:
