Summary:

Brookfield School is a growing and ambitious specialist setting committed to meeting the needs of pupils with a wide range of special educational needs.

Due to increasing pupil numbers and continued development of our provision, we are seeking to appoint a dedicated and adaptable Learning Support Assistant (L3) to join our team. This position is term‑time only; the salary quoted is full‑time equivalent and will be paid on a pro‑rata basis.

In line with Keeping Children Safe in Education 2025, an online search will be carried out as part of our due diligence on shortlisted candidates.

  • Support and develop social and behavioural skills within the classroom
  • Create a calm and structured environment to support pupils’ needs
