AboutThe Role
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Global Experiences Officer to join our team. This exciting role will focus on developing, coordinating, and promoting opportunities that enhance global engagement and enrich learning experiences for students. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of student mobility programmes, international partnerships, and cross-culturally initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the incoming Study Abroad programme, liaising with academic departments and overseas partners, supporting the application process, and delivering orientation programmes.
- Support the development of engagement activities for visiting students during the mobility placement at Lancaster, including collecting feedback and evaluations to assess impact and develop future offerings.
- Develop communication and marketing strategies to expand mobility programme participation.
- Ensure international programmes comply with relevant policies, regulations, and best practices.
- Develop systems and processes to sustain strong global partnerships and high-quality student support.
- Work cohesively with the Global Experiences team to support across projects.
To succeed in this role, you will be highly organised, proactive, and passionate about international education and student mobility. The role requires strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities, along with excellent communication skills to engage with diverse audiences.
