37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm
Salary: £22,160.62 per annum (not pro rata)

Fixed term until July 2027, Term Time Only

• Work closely with individual pupils and small groups on educational activities.
• Support teachers in developing and delivering tailored learning programmes.
• Encourage positive relationships, self-esteem, and social development.
• Assist with classroom organisation, displays and preparation of learning materials.
• Join pupils on educational visits and occasional transport to enhance their learning experience.
• Contribute to pupil progress reports and share insights at staff meetings.

• English & Maths GCSE or equivalent.
• A full UK driving licence.
• A dedicated, patient, and enthusiastic individual.
• Someone who loves working with children and helping them thrive.
• A team player ready to support teachers and embrace new challenges.

Crookhey Hall School is a specialist SEMH school for boys and girls aged 10–17, set on a 15-acre countryside campus near Lancaster.
