We are currently recruiting Support Teaching Assistants to work in Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) schools across the Chorley area
.
- Work closely with students who require additional support with learning and behaviour
- Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning plans
- Provide 1:1 and small group support
- Help create a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment
- Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
- Individuals looking for a career change into education
- Ex‑services personnel who can bring discipline, resilience and leadership skills
- Youth workers, support workers, or those with care experience
