Primary Teacher – Blackpool, Lancashire

Vision for Education are currently recruiting for a Primary Teacher in Blackpool, Lancashire on behalf of a supportive and forward-thinking primary school. This full-time Primary Teacher role in Blackpool, Lancashire is due to begin in September 2026 and will continue for the entirety of the 2026/27 academic year, with a permanent position available in 2027 for the right candidate.

The successful Primary Teacher in Blackpool, Lancashire will take full teaching responsibility for a Key Stage 2 class, delivering engaging and creative lessons that support pupils academically, socially and emotionally.

The school is looking for a Primary Teacher in Blackpool, Lancashire who can create a stimulating Key Stage 2 classroom environment, maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement, and build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.

This role will include:

• Planning and delivering lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Assessing, tracking and monitoring pupil progress.
• Creating an inclusive learning environment where all children can succeed.
• Working collaboratively with support staff and senior leaders.
• Encouraging pupil confidence, independence and enjoyment of learning.
• Supporting pupils to achieve their full potential as they progress through Key Stage 2.

The ideal Primary Teacher in Blackpool, Lancashire will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have recent experience teaching within a primary school setting, ideally in Key Stage 2.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Be enthusiastic, adaptable and committed to high standards of teaching.
• Have a positive and nurturing approach to learning.
• Be suitable for ECTs looking for a supportive first teaching role.
