Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a Classroom Cover Supervisor to join our successful supply teaching team and to work in local secondary schools across the Blackpool area for a start in immediately.

ResponsibilitiesThe Cover Supervisor will work within a school environment, supervising pupils across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4). You will provide flexible support to cover short-term staff absence and deliver pre-planned lessons. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to get into teaching or working within a school. The role offers flexibility and can be ad-hoc, short term, or ongoing long-term to suit your availability.
RequirementsYou do not need to hold a teaching qualification, but you must demonstrate that you have previously worked with children in any role (e.g., youth worker, sports coach, support worker, voluntary work).
Qualifications- Have a passion for working with children
- Experience of working with young people in some capacity, e.g. coaching
- Ideally a degree, but this is not essential
