Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Manager for a large mainstream secondary school in Blackburn, starting September 2026. You will lead pastoral support, promote wellbeing, and work with families and external agencies to remove barriers to learning.
You should have experience with young people, strong communication and safeguarding commitments, and the ability to manage attendance, behaviour and transitions effectively.
