B&FC is looking for 4 Youth Workers to join the Student, Support and Wellbeing Team.
Build trusted relationships with students who are disengaged, vulnerable or at risk of poor attendance, withdrawal or exclusion, and provide targeted, relationship‑based interventions to improve engagement, behaviour, wellbeing and outcomes. Contribute to early intervention, safeguarding, positive behaviour and inclusion, working closely with curriculum teams and specialist support services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain effective relationships with students.
- Identify disengaged or vulnerable students and deliver interventions.
