A specialist SEMH school in Preston is seeking a resilient and enthusiastic Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated support team. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates hoping to pursue long‑term careers in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology SEN Education.

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with a range of additional needs including SEMH, ADHD, Autism, attachment difficulties, and behavioural challenges.

Working on both a 1:1 basis and in small groups, you will help pupils engage with learning, regulate emotions, and develop positive behaviours. Building strong, trusting relationships will be at the heart of your role, helping pupils feel safe, supported, and ready to succeed.

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will become a key member of a dynamic and nurturing support team, working closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and senior leaders.
