We are seeking a passionate, resilient, and dedicated Primary Teacher to make a real difference to their pupils.

• Plan, deliver and assess tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties.
• Work closely with support staff, therapists and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for every learner.
• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons aligned with the school’s ethos and curriculum.
• Support pupils with diverse learning needs, maintaining a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Use a range of strategies and interventions to support behaviour and emotional regulation.
• Collaborate with the wider school team, parents and external agencies.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of pupil achievement.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS).
• Experience working with children or young people with SEN.
• Nurturing, patient, and flexible approach.
• Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs.
